All in all, it was incredible base for travelling to Birmingham. The room was brand-new with a balcony and had a refrigerator, an iron and television. Loved the convenient interior.

I enjoyed excellent location and the superb service of the team. And it also had wonderful view. Breakfast was satisfactory, they offered fresh fruit, bangers, yoghourt and bacon. Spotless and charming hotel in The Westside district. A really enjoyable stay and great value for money.

The restaurant was gorgeous and the staff were extremely patient. We got an authentic room and really great service. Overall a brilliant stay - great value for money, considering prices in other hotels.

Everything was ideal! The hotel was modern comfortable and big! A huge variety of superb food. The room was very cosy, very comfy bed. This venue was located in a very central area. What's more, it was really close to town and the opposite side.

Can recommend this hotel to friends wanting to stay in Birmingham. Enjoyed that a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a sitting area and ironing facilities were included. The reception staff does a fabulous job. The location was about 20 km from the airport
